Job summary

FTAI Aviation LLC in Miami, FL seeks a Full Time Repair Analyst to manage end-to-end repair cycles within MRO operations, creating Repair Orders, tracking TAT, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time return to serviceable stock.

You will support purchasing, analyze costs, and drive asset utilization and inventory optimization while contributing to continuous improvement of repair workflows, data reporting, and supplier performance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of repair, MRO, or supply chain experience with leadership.
• Proven vendor management and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and close Repair Orders with accurate scope and pricing.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and internal stakeholders from removal to return to stock.
• Monitor progress and escalate delays, quote discrepancies, and scope changes.
• Maintain detailed records of repair orders, TAT, and cost estimates.
• Review vendor quotes and evaluate buy-versus-repair decisions for cost effectiveness.
