Job summary

M1 Support Services, LP in Westlake, TX, is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to provide parts and supply management for the Sheppard AFB maintenance complex. You will verify parts requirements, monitor GFP, and support DIFM processing.

The role requires 2+ years in stock control, a HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with MIS/IMDS to track repair cycles, issue parts, and coordinate with DRMO, with 3rd shift options.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in stock control or inventory management.
• Must have computer skills and ability to read/interpret technical orders.
• Driver’s license required; ability to obtain flight line driving privileges.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized supply courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides logistics support for the maintenance complex.
• Processes parts orders and documents in MIS and AF Form 2314.
• Coordinates/reconciles parts orders with MIS and manual docs.
• Creates job numbers in MIS and schedules items for serviceability check.
• Schedules DRMO appointments and transfers excess property.
• Monitors MIS SBSS repair cycle data and asset management.
