Job summary

Warrant Technologies, LLC is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist to support a Navy program with day-to-day product support, depot, inventory, and asset-tracking activities.

You will work closely with government and contractor teams to track parts and equipment throughout their lifecycle, support depot and fleet requirements, coordinate material movement, and help improve logistics processes and tracking systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply support, or depot operations.
• Experience with inventory, asset tracking, and material management.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and complete tasks.
• Proficiency with logistics, maintenance, or asset-tracking software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Track parts, equipment, and assets throughout their lifecycle, including location and status.
• Support depot operations: incoming deliveries, storage, kitting, shipping, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate inventory in logistics systems.
• Monitor parts during maintenance to maintain traceability.
• Coordinate logistics actions with NAVSUP, DCMA, vendors, and fleet reps.
• Develop inventory tools and material forecasts.
• Prepare routine status updates for program leadership.
• Work on-site with government and contractor teams.
