Job Title: Specialty Repair Cutter

Department: Cutting

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Hourly Pay

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis. We are continuing to grow and are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40–45 hour workweeks, no Saturday schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. • Specialty Repair Cutters inspect and verify fabric and leather pieces to meet qualifications from work orders at quality check points for high end household furniture.
• Tag, bundle and load onto sewing racks.
• Maintain clean and neat workstation.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of furniture cutting experience required. 2 years auto operator.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required.
• Able to stand for 10 hours.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 50lbs.
