Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Assembler Technician to support our client in Downton Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role on the 1st shift (8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday) involves hands-on assembly, maintenance and repair of delivery robots.

Responsibilities include using power tools, applying fixes and updates, following repair processes, and documenting tool usage while maintaining safety around electromechanical components.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on technical repair experience (electromechanical, robotics, or related fields).
• Warehouse/industrial environment experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative after training.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with power tools and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Use power tools to assemble/disassemble subassemblies.
• Apply fixes and updates to robots as needed.
• Follow detailed repair processes to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Document and organize tools and parts.
• Move and ship orders safely; operate pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety with electromechanical components and batteries.

Job Summary: Perform hands-on assembly, maintenance and repair of delivery robots

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Work with power tools (screwing/unscrewing fasteners, assembling/disassembling subassemblies)


• Apply fixes, retrofits, and updates to robots as needed


• Follow detailed repair processes and troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve issues


• Ensure proper documentation and organization of tools and parts


• Adapt to changing priorities and daily assignments in a fast-paced environment


• Pick and pack orders accurately and on time, operate pallet jacks to move freight safely, wrap and band pallets so order ship secure, accurate and damage-free


• Maintain safety protocols when working with electromechanical components, batteries, and other hardware

Requirements:

• Technical Experience (2+ years) in a hands‑on, mechanical/electrical repair role (preferred fields include: electromechanical, computer hardware, automotive repair, robotics, aerospace, or other related industries)


• Warehouse Experience in a hands-­on warehouse or logistics role


• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of working in a fast-paced environment


• Proactive problem-solver, not waiting for direction but taking initiative once trained


• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairs (power tools, subassemblies, etc.)
