Job summary

SMS Staffing is seeking a Repack Temp in Lincolnshire, IL, for 1st shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This temporary role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and processing of products while upholding safety, quality, and organization standards.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, reporting defective materials, moving and staging products for shipping, processing shipments, and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience required; 3–5 preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills in English.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Employment Type: Temp

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Repack Temp is responsible for picking, packing, and processing products accurately while maintaining warehouse safety, organization, and quality standards.

• Pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy.

• Sort, move, and stage products for shipping.

Physical Requirements

• Use of hand pallet jack, label and packing machines, and computer.


• Steel-toed shoes required.
