Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate/Technical degree preferred.
• Two+ years supervisory experience on a vegetable packaging line.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train packaging line employees on swing shift.
• Motivate and coach staff to stay on task and meet goals.
• Monitor production to ensure schedules are met; maintain quality standards with QC.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
