Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking an on-site production operator to fill, pack, inspect, and palletize products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will follow all safety and quality procedures, read and interpret orders, and work with the team to meet daily production targets.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and overtime shifts (12-hour or 14-hour schedules). This role requires attention to detail and reliable transportation to the Wayne County

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards for filling orders.
• Fill orders to clients’ specifications and ensure correct quantities.
• Pack, inspect, and palletize products according to pattern and procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervision promptly and maintain housekeeping.
• Participate in team cross-training and meet production goals.
