Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in Miami, FL is seeking a Repack Associate to support our distribution operations and ensure damaged and returned products are repurposed efficiently. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle processing of damaged/returned goods, receiving over-shipments, stacking and loading salvageable items, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. The shift is 1st, with early start times and benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proper processing of damaged and returned product.
• Receive over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack salvageable items.
• Stack product that cannot be sold to customers on a pallet, shrink wrap and load on a trailer to another facility.
• Maintain records of returned products from inbound trailers.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product.
• Occasionally lift varying case weight and follow safety procedures for material handling.

Position Overview

You’ll contribute your strong attention to detail to sustainability efforts by repurposing damaged items, examining goods for defects and providing our customers with the highest quality products.

• Earn $18 per hour
• 1st Shift (Sun - Thurs 6AM - 2:30PM)
• 3300 NW 123rd St. Miami, FL You will contribute by:
• Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned product
• Receiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable
• Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facility
• Maintaining record of returned products from inbound trailers
• Keeping work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

• Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
