Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Repack Associate to keep our distribution center running smoothly. You will process damaged and returned products, repack salvageable items, and ensure accurate records while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This first shift position earns $18 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits from day one. Candidates should be able to stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and follow safe operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proper processing of damaged and returned product.
• Receive over-shipment and damaged goods from customers and warehouse.
• Repack salvageable items and maintain accurate records.
• Stack unsellable product on pallets, shrink wrap and load for shipping.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitary; sweep and mop floors.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weights and heights.

You'll contribute your strong attention to detail to sustainability efforts by repurposing damaged items, examining goods for defects and providing our customers with the highest quality products.

Job Description

• Earn $18 per hour
• 1st Shift (Sun - Thurs 6AM - 2:30PM)
• 3300 NW 123rd St. Miami, FL

You will contribute by:

• Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned product
• Receiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable
• Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facility
• Maintaining record of returned products from inbound trailers
• Keeping work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
