Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is hiring for a Repack Associate in Miami, FL. The role supports environmental goals by repurposing damaged items and ensuring quality control for returns and over-shipments.

The position runs 1st Shift, Sun–Thurs, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with benefits starting day one, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within the C&S family of companies. You will handle packing, loading, and safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned product
• Receiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable
• Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facility
• Maintaining record of returned products from inbound trailers
• Keeping work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

You’ll contribute your strong attention to detail to sustainability efforts by repurposing damaged items, examining goods for defects and providing our customers with the highest quality products.

Job Description

• Earn $18 per hour

• 1st Shift (Sun - Thurs 6AM - 2:30PM)

• 3300 NW 123rd St. Miami, FL

You will contribute by:

• Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned product
• Receiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable
• Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facility

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
