Facilitate the successful movement of loads for our customers bycontracting and managing an outsourced network of transportationproviders. Track freight to ensurecustomer requirements are met by the selected transportation provider. Make customer service the top priority byproviding customers and carriers with the highest level of service possible.
Attend and engage in all meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred. (Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.)
Experience
Experience in Sales, Transportation, Finance, or Hospitality experience preferred
Experience thriving in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.
Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in utilizing Excel and/or Power BI at an intermediate level preferred
Ability to comfortably negotiate , persuade and manage conflict
Adept at assessing organizational dynamics and managing change
Work quickly and efficiently.
Able to test solutions, learn, and iterate quickly
Forward-thinking and solution driven
Effectively communicates through various channels
