Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Patient Concierge at St. Louis Children's Hospital to deliver timely information to guests, patients, staff and physicians. You will greet visitors, provide hospital information, escort services, and assist with arrivals and departures, while guiding guests to local area resources.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with strong communication skills. Prior experience in guest services or a hospital setting is preferred, and a welcoming, service-oriented
