Job description

The Cosmetic Beauty Sales Rep is responsible for in‑house marketing, promotion, and sale of cosmetic products. The incumbent learns product history, communicates with customers, designs displays, and engages in point‑of‑sale interaction to significantly impact sales volume.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact sales volume of individual in‑house and point‑of‑sale involvement.
• Greet customers enthusiastically, determine needs, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and suggest products following service and selling strategies.
• Maintain cosmetic line merchandising concepts, including cleanliness and organization of store, gondolas, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers.
• Participate in day‑to‑day business, animation, in‑store events.
• Pursue additional product knowledge and artistry techniques as needed.
• Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
• Attract new clients by engaging them quickly.
• Create an amazing experience for all clients through high‑touch service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
