Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Cosmetic Beauty Sales Rep to drive in-house promotional sales for cosmetic products. You will design displays, greet customers with enthusiasm, assess needs, and recommend products while maintaining clean, appealing merchandising across gondolas and shelves.

Role requires high energy, strong selling skills, and a willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and events are part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year makeup sales or makeup artist experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Positively impacting sales volume through in-house and point-of-sale involvement.
• Greet customers enthusiastically, assess needs, provide courteous service and suggest products.
• Maintain cosmetic line merchandising concepts and store displays.
• Keep gondolas, displays, product assortment, and drawers organized and clean.
• Participate in day-to-day cosmetics business, events, and in-store promotions.
• Pursue additional product knowledge and artistry techniques.
• Attend store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
• Attract new clients and engage them quickly with high-touch service.
