Newrez seeks an experienced REO Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of 125-175 foreclosed properties in the Coppell or Katy, TX area. This onsite role runs Mon-Fri, 8-5, with a base salary and commission structure.

You will partner with agents, develop pricing/marketing strategies, coordinate valuations and repairs, monitor expenses, and drive timely closings. Strong negotiation and market analysis skills are essential.

Great Opportunity with Newrez! Looking for a REO Asset Manager with Mortgage servicing and Default servicing experience in the Coppell, TX or Katy, TX area. Onsite Mon-Fri 8-5pm. Manage a portfolio of 125-175 foreclosed (REO) properties from listings through sale.

Coordinate property valuations, repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.

Newrez pays a good base salary and commissions with this opportunity! You will get a guarantee for first 3 months, and then monthly incentives are available.
