Newrez is seeking an experienced REO Asset Manager in the Coppell, TX or Katy, TX area for a full-time onsite role. You will oversee a portfolio of foreclosed properties from listings through sale and work directly with real estate agents to market and sell assets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in REO, foreclosure and default servicing, exceptional negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 125-175 foreclosed (REO) properties from listings through sale.
• Partner directly with real estate agents to market and sell properties.
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies to maximize investor returns.
• Coordinate property valuations, repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
• Monitor expenses and ensure properties are sold efficiently and profitably.
• Analyze market conditions and adjust strategies based on property performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Oversee REO Asset Specialists and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate asset strategies and recommendations to investors and leadership.
• Manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Great Opportunity with Newrez! Looking for a REO Asset Manager with Mortgage servicing and Default servicing experience in the Coppell, TX or Katy, TX area. Onsite Mon-Fri 8-5pm. Newrez pays a good base salary and commissions with this opportunity! You will get a guarantee for first 3 months, and then monthly incentives are available.
