Federal Signal Corporation is seeking a Rentals Coordinator for its heavy industrial equipment rental center in Corpus Christi, TX. This on-site role handles daily rental operations, contracts, inventory, and customer relations.

Responsibilities include processing rental and sales contracts, coordinating equipment, and supporting service make-ready needs. Travel up to 15% and a strong customer-service background are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 1-year customer service in a heavy equipment/machinery environment.
• Minimum 1-year of sales experience in an equipment or parts environment.
• Ability to tow non-commercial trailer mounted equipment behind a ¾ or 1-ton truck.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift to maneuver and load equipment on trucks.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude ability.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and JDEdwards (Oracle based).
• Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure, all while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver License

• Learn the competition in order to enhance our rental center ability to deliver to the needs of the customer
• Must be willing and able to answer calls on company provided cell phone outside of working hours.

Pay Transparency - Anticipated hourly wage range:

• 2 years of relevant experience: $21/hour - $22.00/hour
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience: $22.00/hour - $23.00/hour
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience: $23.00/hour - $24.50/hour
• 9+ years of relevant experience: $25.00/hour - 28.00/hour
