Bobcat of Joplin is seeking a dependable Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant to ensure clean, well-maintained equipment and organized yards. You will assist customers and support multiple store departments while handling basic paperwork and equipment checks.

The role involves lifting heavy loads, operating safely, and contributing to a teamwork-driven environment. Join a growing team at a full-service Bobcat dealership in Joplin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• One year general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Regularly lifting 50–100 pounds and frequent lifting 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash and grease equipment and check fluids; complete basic paperwork.
• Load and unload equipment with care and inspect for damage.
• Assist customers and store staff across departments.
• Sweep, clean yard and wash bay; manage trash disposal.
• Receive and ship warehouse products and equipment.
• Perform additional general labor as assigned.

Bobcat of Joplin is a full-service Bobcat Dealership specializing in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. We offer parts as well as both mobile and shop service.

Bobcat of Joplin is looking for a detailed and organized Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant to join our growing company. If you enjoy working around construction machinery, take pride in clean machines, and like the feeling of a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Receiving and Shipping warehouse products and equipment
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 10-20 pounds
