Job summary

GSP Transportation Inc. in North Charleston is seeking a Vehicle Service Agent to service and inspect rental vehicles, move them between service and pickup areas, and maintain logs. You will also assist with transporting customers to and from the rental center and keep the work area clean and organized.

The role requires a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and strong problem-solving and teamwork. Basic computer skills, including data entry and Excel, are beneficial as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must show proof of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Must be 21 years of age or have a driver's license for 3 years.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, typing, and some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to complete tasks with precision, speed, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Customer service and sales orientation.
• Passion for helping others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use.
• Review the inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly prepared.
• Transport customers to and from the rental center as required.
• Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed.
• Maintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management.
• Inspect and park cars as directed.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned.
