Job summary

Total Tool Supply, Inc. in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Rental Technician to organize and maintain the tool rental department, operate and test equipment, and perform minor repairs. You will handle the full rental process with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. Competitive pay range is $20–$24 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the NEFCO family.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is required for handling tools and equipment.
• Construction industry experience preferred to understand site needs.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software are important.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive work ethic.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Organize and maintain tool rental departments
• Operating and testing equipment
• Performing minor repairs on equipment as needed
• Complete rental process for all customers providing exceptional customer service to everyone
• Prioritize daily department workflow
• Maintain exceptional communication with co-workers and management to assure the accuracy of inventory
• Partner with vendors regarding part and repair questions
• Work with sales staff to fulfill customer requirements
• Stay up to date and informed on new and current products and services offered at Total Tool
• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards

PAY RANGE:

$20-$24 per hour, based on experience

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
