What You Will Do:

• Inspect & Evaluate Equipment – Complete initial rental inspections, equipment condition reports, and damage assessments to ensure machines meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform Maintenance & Repairs – Conduct basic maintenance, diagnose service issues, and perform repairs to keep rental equipment operating at peak performance.
• Verify Equipment Readiness – Test the operational capabilities and safety of rental, new, and sold equipment before it goes into service.
• Deliver top‑notch service to customers – Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
• Document Service Activities – Accurately record inspections, repairs, parts used, fluids consumed, and other service‑related information on work orders.
• Prioritize safety at all times – Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with peers and leadership to complete work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Keep the shop tidy and organized – Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

What You Will Need:

• Mechanical Aptitude – Experience operating, maintaining, or repairing equipment, with construction equipment knowledge preferred.
• Effective communication abilities – Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively – Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail – Pay close attention to the specifics.
• Valid work authorization – Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
