Job summary

Christy Sports in Park City, UT is seeking a full-time Equipment Delivery Specialist to prepare, deliver and fit pre-ordered gear for guests. You will safely operate a cargo van and provide an exceptional mountain lifestyle experience.

You’ll share product knowledge and local attractions with guests while keeping accurate rental records and payments. The role requires skiing or snowboarding enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable with a variety of people.
• Energetic, motivated, and able to multi-task and problem-solve.
• Love to ski or snowboard and have knowledge of how it works.
• Basic computer skills.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must safely operate a delivery cargo van in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a Motor Vehicle Record meeting company safety standards.
• Be able to stand and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pre-select proper equipment based on sizing information and special requests on the order form.
• Adjust ski / snowboard bindings to proper specifications.
• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver equipment to guests at their residence or lodging.
• Stay current on new industry products and trends.
• Share knowledge of products and local attractions with guests.
• Maintain company records according to policies and standards.
• Update rental orders and collect payment as needed according to company policies.
• Be on time for scheduled shifts with clean uniform and appearance.
• Adhere to Christy Sports mission and core values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary Description
