Powder Tools, in Colorado, invites you to join as a Rental Technician, helping guests gear up for their day on the mountain. You will fit boots, skis, and snowboards, share mountain knowledge, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

This role offers an hourly wage of $18-$22 plus commission, with benefits including a free ski pass, employee discounts, and growth opportunities. Candidates should be energetic, team-oriented, and comfortable on their feet.

Qualifications

• You’re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You’re good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
