June Mountain seasonal position in California offers oversight of the Rental Department with duties ranging from supervising staff to managing equipment, records and sales. You will support the Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth service for guests in a family-friendly resort setting.

A little about this position:

Supervises the staff of the Rental Department at June Mountain. Assists Manager in the overall operations of the Rental & Repair shop at June Mountain. Oversees Equipment, adjusting, maintenance, records, and sales.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a ski technician in a major rental and repair facility.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Interest and experience with handling equipment needs of children and families a plus.
