Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is hiring at June Mountain in California for seasonal and year‑round ski resort roles. You will assist in ski lessons, check in students, manage equipment, and help with lunch service while ensuring safety and fun for families.

We value outgoing, friendly team players who adapt to variable weather and enjoy working with children; prior babysitting or childcare helps. Benefits include free season passes for dependents and discounts, plus a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly, interested in working with children.
• Must be flexible, positive, a team player and happy to work in variable weather conditions.
• Experience working with children (such as babysitting) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down of lesson and meeting areas.
• Checking in students to their Ski & Snowboard lessons.
• Supporting instructors with class handling, entertaining kids or bathroom breaks.
• Lesson sales and support.
• Equipment rentals.
• Serving and assisting at lunch and snack times.
• Supervision of children both indoors and outdoors.
• Operation of Surface Lifts.
• Cleaning of all Ski School areas throughout the day and at the end of the day.

Hourly pay rate: $20-$21.47
