Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, sales, customer service, equipment rental, or related area preferred.
• Basic knowledge of rental equipment, tools, and small engines preferred, with willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist with inquiries, product availability, and services.
• Process rental reservations, agreements, check-ins and check-outs, and maintain records.
• Explain equipment operation, safety procedures, and rental terms to customers.
• Assist with service requests, equipment intake, and customer communication regarding repairs.
• Maintain inventory records and organize displays and showroom presentation.
• Complete required training and certifications, including STIHL Bronze Certification.
