The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to learn about hardware products. This on-site position offers opportunities to grow with a community-minded retailer.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to provide helpful assistance.
• Attention to detail in inventory and displays.
• Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus for customer interactions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance immediately.
• Be polite, attentive, and engage customers with eye contact and a smile.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide information.
• Monitor for shoplifters and act per company policy.
• Provide a helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly customer experience.
• Wear name tag and Ace attire; communicate effectively with staff.
• Assist with pricing changes and promotional signage.
• Help with large/heavy items and carryout orders.
• Handle repairs or repairs-related tasks when needed.
• Support store team and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Keep department clean, organized, and stocked.
• Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
