Budget Car and Truck Rental of Nebraska is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Omaha location (116th & Dodge). You will close reservations, inspect vehicles, and prepare cars for rental, with store hours 8am-6pm and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Professional communication skills.
• Problem resolution experience.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address customer inquiries.
• Perform sales and educate customers on product details.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage.
• Report damages to on-duty supervisors.
• Scan returning vehicles back into system.
• Provide computerized receipts to customer.
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed.
