Job Summary

The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, providing general Rental Management training along with specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The trainee will support location and regional management through operational and administrative tasks. This fast-paced program covers every aspect of the business unit.

Essential Functions
  1. Handle sales processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
  2. Maintain accurate data within the company's marketing database.
  3. Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
  4. Manage rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
  5. Achieve market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
  7. Reconcile customer concerns to maintain and grow customer relationships.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Perform On-Call Representative duties as scheduled, voluntarily or as assigned.
  2. Perform other duties as assigned.
