Job Summary

This position is designed to be completed in 12-18 months and provides the incumbent general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will support operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This program is fast-paced and comprehensive, helping you develop industry knowledge and relationship-building skills. We promote from within based on performance.

Essential Functions
  • Handling sales and processing inbound calls and outbound solicitations
  • Maintaining accurate data within the company's marketing database
  • Generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
  • Managing rental assets, vehicle Pm, and cleanliness standards
  • Achieving market share goals through sales and marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Resolving customer concerns to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
