Job summary

Paylocity in Murray, UT is seeking a Rental Sales & Customer Service Representative to support Murray and Salt Lake area locations. This role blends customer service, sales, computer work, and daily rental operations.

You’ll help customers choose the right rental vehicle, process reservations and agreements, and coordinate with fleet and operations teams. No prior car rental experience is required; we provide training for dependable, professional candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, transportation, or rental operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly, professional rental experience.
• Assist with reservations, vehicle pickups, returns, extensions, exchanges, and other rental needs.
• Explain rental terms, procedures, and available vehicle options.
• Match customers with vehicles based on their transportation needs.
• Assist local business customers and customers using insurance replacement vehicles.
• Resolve routine questions and concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
