Job summary

SIXT in Los Angeles is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet customers, manage the fleet, and promote upgrades and services. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, professional service and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll earn $19.25 per hour with uncapped bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, a 401(k), paid time off, and employee rental discounts. This role supports a dynamic, customer-driven experience.

Qualifications

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• You are communicative and articulate in English.
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays.
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
