Job summary

SIXT in Pasadena is seeking a customer service and sales-focused team member. You will help ensure customer satisfaction, manage the fleet, and engage customers with a smile on shift.

The role offers flexible hours and development opportunities, with an hourly rate of $19.25 and uncapped bonus potential. You will upsell upgrades, prepare rental agreements, and answer inquiries while maintaining expert knowledge of the SIXT fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Upsell and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
