Job summary

SIXT Orlando airport is hiring for a customer-focused Sales & Service Associate. You will greet customers, advise on rentals, upsell upgrades and services, and handle rental agreements with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, with an uncapped bonus plan that rewards performance. A valid US driver’s license and ability to work in the US without sponsorship are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets.
• Experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, banking, B2B or car rental.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
• Willing to work in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid US driver's license with a clean record and work authorization.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment.
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, organized, service-oriented and with a smile.
