Job summary

SIXT is seeking an energetic Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team in the United States. You will greet customers, learn our vehicle fleet, and drive sales through upgrades and add-ons.

This role emphasizes excellent service, accurate rental processing, and a positive, professional presence at the branch. You’ll handle rental agreements, answer questions, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining knowledge of SIXT products.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales or hospitality.
• Strong sales mindset with upselling and closing skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
