Job summary

SIXT is looking for a customer service and sales-minded teammate at our Chicago branch. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, professional service and showcasing sales skills while learning our vehicle fleet.

You will upsell upgrades and services, prepare rental agreements, and handle inquiries with a can-do attitude. Meet sales goals and stay knowledgeable about all SIXT products.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail, service, tourism or hospitality.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
