Key Sales Duties:

• Maximize sales opportunities by offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Utilize effective sales techniques such as building rapport, applying top-down sales strategies, emphasizing product features and benefits, and overcoming customer objections.
• Provide exemplary customer service by acknowledging customers, smiling, making eye contact, using the customer's name, and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
• Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly sales performance standards.
• Follow approved sales processes with integrity and professionalism to ensure customer trust and satisfaction.
• Process rentals accurately and efficiently, paying attention to detail.
• Engage with customers by reviewing rental parameters, explaining rates and optional charges, providing maps and directions, and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
