Job summary

SIXT is seeking a sales-focused agent at the airport branch to guide customers through the rental process and drive upsells. You will learn all vehicle details and contribute to a high-conversion customer experience.

You’ll earn $18 hourly with uncapped bonuses, aiming at a broad annual range and strong earning potential through performance-based rewards. Flexible hours are available to fit busy travel seasons.

Earn an hourly rate of $18.00 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $55,440 up to $85,440 with unlimited earning potential.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
• You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
• You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
• You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
• You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
• You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
