Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the rental/used fleet initiatives and drive growth across the sales and service network in the United States. You will oversee pricing, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance to maximize profitability.

The role requires 2–4 years in a related field, a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Experience managing rental/used fleet operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all rental and used equipment activities.
• Ensure quality shop work and timely shipment to customers.
• Manage buying, selling, and transfers of equipment including inventory controls.
• Develop sales strategies and coordinate with other departments; set pricing for used equipment.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers; assist sales team with evaluations.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff.

Job Duties

• Oversee all rental and used equipment activities while maximizing financial performance.
• Ensure quality shop work and timely shipment to the customer.
• Manage buying and selling of equipment, including possible equipment transfers between branches. Manage inventory, maintenance, and depreciation of equipment. Oversee scheduling, delivery, and pickup of all equipment.
• Develop sales strategies and coordinate with other departments. Set the pricing for used equipment.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers. Accompany sales personnel to perform trade-in evaluations at customer facilities.
• Recruit, select, train, develop, and counsel personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business or Marketing . Three to five years experience managing a rental/used fleet with lift trucks and batteries preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and department performance reports.
• Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and Word programs
