Classic Party Rentals of Virginia is seeking a dependable Rental Fulfillment Associate to join our General Warehouse team in Richmond, VA. This in-person role focuses on preparing rental orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery or pickup of equipment.

The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Flexible scheduling including early mornings and occasional Saturdays is available.

Rental Fulfillment Associate - General Warehouse

Department: Operations - General Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Logistics Manager

Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Employment Status: Full-Time or Part-Time, Based on Business Needs

Pay Rate: $15 to $18 per hour

Classic Party Rentals of Virginia is looking for a dependable and hardworking Rental Fulfillment Associate to join our General Warehouse team.

Our warehouse team helps bring celebrations to life by making sure every rental order is clean, accurate, organized, and ready on time. This is an active, hands-on position working with tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, catering equipment, décor, and other event-rental inventory.

What You'll Do

• Pull rental equipment according to client orders and pull sheets.
• Count and verify inventory to ensure orders are complete.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness, damage, and presentation.
• Organize and stage completed orders for delivery or client pickup.
• Load and unload rental equipment safely.
• Receive, sort, inspect, and process returned inventory.
• Clean equipment and return it to the correct warehouse location.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
• Assist other warehouse and operations teams when needed.
• Follow all company safety and equipment-handling procedures.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
• Must be able to team-lift or use appropriate equipment for heavier items.
• Must be comfortable working in warehouse conditions that may be hot, cold, dusty, or noisy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturday mornings.
