Classic Party Rentals of Virginia is seeking a dependable Rental Fulfillment Associate to join our General Warehouse team in Richmond, VA. This in-person role focuses on preparing rental orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery or pickup of equipment.

The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Flexible scheduling including early mornings and occasional Saturdays is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including early mornings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Pull rental equipment according to orders and pull sheets.
• Count and verify inventory for completeness.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and damage.
• Organize and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
• Load and unload equipment safely.
• Receive, sort, and process returned inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse areas.
• Report damaged or missing items to management.
• Assist other teams as needed.
• Follow safety procedures.
