Avis Budget Group is hiring a Rental Fleet Dispatcher in Miami, FL. This on-site role coordinates the movement and availability of our rental vehicle fleet to meet customer demand, dispatching cars to locations and supporting efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and availability of the rental vehicle fleet to meet customer demand.
• Inventory vehicles, track status and movement, and dispatch to locations as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams and partners to coordinate movements, prepare reports, and ensure vehicles are available and properly positioned.
• Support a smooth customer experience through efficient dispatching.

This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in logistics, dispatching, retail operations, or other fast‑paced environments.

What You’ll Do:

• As a Rental Fleet Dispatcher, you will coordinate the movement and availability of our rental vehicle fleet to meet customer demand.
• Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include inventorying vehicles, tracking the status and movement of cars, and dispatching vehicles to the appropriate locations.
• You will communicate with internal teams and, at times, external partners to coordinate vehicle movements or transports, prepare and compile reports, and help ensure vehicles are available, positioned correctly, and ready for customers.
• Your work plays a key role in supporting a smooth customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on‑site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months dispatcher, logistics, or coordination experience in a fast‑paced environment is a bonus
