Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the local language; reads and comprehends technical data/service manuals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and achieve required torque specifications.
• Must have keyboarding skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair parts/equipment on construction equipment.
• Review work schedule, prepare for operations at start of shift.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, oil changes, filter replacements, and fueling tasks.
• Inspect rental machines and document paperwork per store procedures.
• Disassemble/assemble parts, use tools, and diagnose with test equipment.
• Move equipment using hoists, forklifts, and other aids; assist Rental Coordinators.
• Remove/install attachments and verify customer-requested operations.
• Operate cleaning/painting equipment as needed.
