Job summary

Employers Options, part of Array Corporation, seeks a Rental Equipment Maintenance & Utility Worker in Honolulu, HI to maintain and prepare rental equipment for dispatch. A high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license are required; forklift/boom lift certifications are a plus.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with a fixed pay rate of $22/hour. This is a full-time position with temp-to-hire potential, reporting to an on-site supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred (can be trained on site).
• Boom lift certification a plus.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-rental equipment (hours, fuel, damage, safety decals).
• Assist with minor equipment repairs (oil, grease, fluids, electrical, AC, plumbing).
• Help with preventative maintenance and fleet upkeep.
• Clean equipment and handle rental-ready staging.
• Manage oil changes, lubrication, tire replacements, hose and battery repairs for equipment.
• Operate forklifts and boom lifts.
• Document work orders and verify delivery tickets.
• Organize the yard and work areas.
