Job summary

Employers Options in Honolulu, HI, is seeking a Rental Equipment Maintenance & Utility Worker to join a growing team. The role requires reporting on time, handling pre- and post-rental equipment, and performing basic repairs and maintenance.

The position is full-time with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary. Forklift certification is preferred and training is available onsite.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Forklift certification preferred (can be trained on site).
Boom lift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle pre- and post-rental equipment (hours, fuel, damage, safety decals).
Assist with minor equipment repairs (oil, grease, fluids, electrical, AC, plumbing).
Help with preventative maintenance and fleet upkeep.
Clean equipment and handle rental-ready staging.
Manage oil changes, lubrication, tire replacements, hose and battery repairs for equipment.
Operate forklifts and boom lifts.
Document work orders and verify delivery tickets.
Organize the yard and work areas.
