Job summary

PleasureLand RV Center is seeking a Rental Coordinator to be at the center of the customer experience, handling inquiries, reservations, and the RV return. You’ll work with Rental, Service, Detail, and Store teams to ensure every rental is prepared and ready when promised.

The ideal candidate delivers strong customer service, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can learn RV systems. Previous hospitality or coordination experience is helpful; RV knowledge is not required and training

• Help customers select the right RV, provide quotes, and secure reservations.
• Manage rental agreements, payments, deposits, schedules, and records.
• Coordinate with Rental, Service, and Detail teams to prepare RVs.
• Guide customers through departures, walkthroughs, returns, and questions.
• Address concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and pursue new rental opportunities to grow reservations.
• Keep the rental operation organized with clear priorities.

Position: Rental Coordinator
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. May vary based on seasonal needs.

Pay: $20 - $26/per hour based on experience.

As our Rental Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of that experience. From the first inquiry and reservation to the RV’s return, you’ll help customers feel confident, informed, and ready for their adventure. You’ll also work closely with our Rental, Service, Detail, and Store teams to make sure every rental is prepared, organized, and ready when promised.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers select the right RV, answer questions, provide quotes, and secure reservations.
• Manage rental agreements, payments, deposits, schedules, customer records, and follow-up using TSD and other company systems.
• Coordinate with Rental, Service, and Detail teams to ensure RVs are prepared and ready for scheduled departures.
• Guide customers through departures, RV walkthroughs, returns, and questions throughout their rental experience.
• Address customer concerns, damage, breakdowns, and unexpected issues while communicating and escalating when needed.
• Identify and pursue new rental opportunities to generate additional reservations and grow the rental business.
• Keep the rental operation organized, communicate priorities clearly, and pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize when an issue needs to be escalated.
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn TSD and other company systems.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, accept direction, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• A willingness to learn RV systems, rental operations, and basic troubleshooting procedures.

Previous customer service, rental, hospitality, dealership, or coordination experience is helpful, but RV experience is not required. We’ll help you learn what you need to know.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Ability to learn and operate accessories and equipment in rental RVs.
• Availability to work past 5:00 p.m. and occasional Saturdays.
