Job summary

Chet’s Rent-All is hiring an Equipment Rental Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers and guide equipment needs through quotes, contracts, scheduling, delivery, and returns.

You will coordinate with service, yard, and delivery teams, track inventory, educate customers on safe use, and keep operations organized to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, sales support, or operations experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a strong, professional experience
• Drive rental sales by identifying needs and recommending the right equipment
