Job summary

Skyworks LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support inside sales and dispatching for our construction equipment rental fleet. You will assist customers in selecting the right machinery, coordinate with the outside sales team, manage inventory, and handle rental contracts from start to finish.

The Rental Coordinator will:

• provide exceptional service to our customers in helping them choose the right piece of equipment for their needs
• act as a liaison with the outside sales department
• control inventory asset management
• write rental contracts and follow through on orders from start to finish
• dispatch rental deliveries and pickup

The ideal candidate is motivated and detail-oriented. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced, high energy environment. Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.
