Budget Car and Truck Rental of Kansas in Overland Park is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support local stores in Overland Park and Johnson County. You will finalize rental reservations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory, callbacks, car washing and auditing paperwork; schedule aligns with Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, with occasional half-day weekends.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be certified to drive and have a valid driver's license.
• Fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must pass a background check and a drug screen.

Description

We are looking for a CSR for our Overland Park and Johnson County Area stores. Customer Service and Sales Representatives are the face of our business and finalize customer rental reservations while providing exceptional customer service. Other duties include inventory, callbacks, car washing, and auditing paperwork. Store hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm with some half-days on the weekends.

Requirements
